Terms of service

Last updated 22 June 2026

These are the rules for using Swaprouter. We've tried to keep them short and readable. If something here is unclear, email us at hello@swaprouter.io and we'll explain.

What Swaprouter is

Swaprouter compares quotes from third-party crypto exchanges and routes your swap through whichever one pays out the most. We don't run an exchange, hold your coins, or act as a custodian.

What you should know before you swap

  • Quotes are estimates from partner exchanges. The final amount you receive can move with the market.
  • Crypto is volatile. Send the exact amount the partner quotes — anything else may be refunded or held for manual review.
  • For most pairs you don't need an account. A partner exchange may still ask for verification on large or flagged transactions.
  • Send only the coin and network shown. Sending the wrong asset is usually not recoverable.

What we don't do

We don't hold your funds. We don't run KYC. We don't process refunds — once a swap is sent, the partner exchange controls the coins. If something goes wrong, our support team can chase the partner on your behalf, but we can't move money for you.

Acceptable use

Don't use Swaprouter for money laundering, sanctions evasion, or anything illegal where you live. We may decline to route any swap, for any reason, without notice.

Liability

Swaprouter is provided as-is. We work to keep quotes accurate and routes reliable, but we can't guarantee uptime, rate accuracy, or how a partner exchange will behave. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from using the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we change something material, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
