Privacy

Short version: we keep what we need to route your swap and answer support questions, and nothing else. No ad trackers, no third-party analytics, no profile building.

What we collect

• The swap details you enter — coins, amount, deposit and refund addresses.
• An order ID we generate so you can track the swap.
• Basic technical info from your browser (IP, user agent) for security and rate limiting.

What we don't collect

• Your name, email, or identity documents. We never ask.
• Wallet balances or addresses you didn't paste into a swap.
• Tracking data for advertising or third-party analytics.

What we share

To route a swap, we have to pass the relevant details (coins, amount, deposit address, refund address) to the partner exchange you pick. There's no way around that — the partner is the one that moves the coins. We don't share your data with anyone else, unless we're required to by law.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept while we may need them for support or accounting, then deleted. Logs used for security and rate limiting are kept for a short retention window.

Cookies and local storage

We use a small amount of local storage to remember preferences like your language. We don't use tracking cookies.

Your rights

Email hello@swaprouter.io if you want to know what data we hold about a swap, or to ask us to delete it. Tell us the order ID so we can find it.
