FAQ
Do I need an account?
No. Just paste your receiving address, pick a route, and send. A few large stablecoin swaps may need ID checks, but that's rare.
Fixed vs floating rate — what's the difference?
Floating: you get the market rate when your deposit lands. Fixed: the rate you see is locked, with a small premium. If you enter an exact "You get" amount, the rate is always fixed.
How do you make money?
Exchanges pay us a small referral cut. It's the same across partners, so we have no reason to push you toward a worse one.
What if my swap gets stuck?
Open Track Order at the top with your order ID. We can poke the partner and arrange a refund to your refund address if needed.
